• Exclusive access to the Secret Gardens for any day of the week, providing a beautiful setting for both your ceremony and reception.

• Shuttle transport to and from the venue to local hotels and vacation rentals in the Bodega Bay area. 

• Rehearsal time on the day prior to your event, based on availability. 

• Chairs, tables, heaters, decorative lighting, water features, wooden dance floor, bar, dressing rooms, access to outdoor prep area, seasonal flowerpots throughout the venue, and pre-planning walkthroughs

• Rental Period 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM

• Noise Curfew:

  • Saturday events: 10:00 PM​

  • Sunday and weekday events: 9:00 PM​

• 25% of the event total due six months prior to the event

• Remaining 50% plus refundable security deposit due one month prior to the event

• Refundable security deposit: $2,000 (returned within 30 days after the event)​
