What is included with the rental price?

How much does it cost to hire a vendor through you?

The Secret Gardens has Ceremony & Reception spaces available for a recommended number of guests of 130. Exceptions can be discussed with the venue manager. Equipment available: tables, chairs, propane heaters and firepits, propane is included, cleaned venue ready at 11 am the day of event. Bathrooms: cleaned and stocked with essentials. Bar area, catering area, dancefloors, overflow decks, 2 dressing rooms. 48 vehicle parking lot, 4 accessible front gate parking lots, venue usher/traffic director during guest arrival at the venue.      

How do I reserve the date for my event?
$500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

● 30-Days before the event the following conditions must be completed:

The remaining rental rate balance must be paid off in full to the venue owners.
+ $950 Refundable Security Deposit. It is refunded by the venue owners 4
weeks after the event ends and the amount refunded is based on the condition the venue was returned to us.
Event Insurance naming “The Secret Gardens as additional insured” for a
minimum $1,000,000. See www.theeventhelper.com for coverage and pricing.

Bodega Bay Secret Gardens does not sell the services of our vendors.  We simply provide referrals of established vendors our guests have used in the past.  We suggest that you contact all vendors directly and make the decision that you feel is best.  Vendors not on our list are welcomed as well, however, it is recommended that unestablished vendors with the Bodega Bay Secret Gardens should visit, at least once, prior to the event to familiarize themselves with the venue.

Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?

The Secret Gardens can be decorated to your liking. From a small wedding up to 130 guests, feel free to create your own wedding vibes. 

What will I have to provide for my own event?

- Food & Beverage Caterer

- Coordinators
- Table Cloths
- Dishware and glasses
- Flowers or decoration for your personal touch.
- Music & PA systems.
- Tables & Chairs Set-up and Cleanup.

- Trash disposal

Is transportation provided?

Transportation is not provided but highly suggested to be arranged prior to your event.  There is parking but limited. See our vendor section for service providers.

We are a LGBTQ+ Friendly venue.
