How many guests can we have?

Guest count should be no more than 120.

How much does it cost to hire a vendor through you?

Bodega Bay Secret Gardens does not sell the services of our vendors.  We simply provide referrals of established vendors our guests have used in the past.  We suggest that you contact all vendors directly and make the decision that you feel is best.  Vendors not on our list are welcomed as well, however, it is recommended that unestablished vendors with the Bodega Bay Secret Gardens should visit, at least once, prior to the event to familiarize themselves with the venue.

Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?

One of the many beauties of having your wedding at the gardens is we can cater the gardens to the size of your wedding.  Big or small, it will feel intimate, romantic, and yours.

What will I have to provide for my own event?

- Dishware and glasses
- Table Cloths
- Food Caterer
- Wine Caterer
- Flowers or decoration for Tables. 
- Music & PA system.  Amplified OK w/ volume & time restrictions.
- Cleanup

- Tables and chairs set up and take down (additional service provided by venue manager for a fee)

Is transportation provided?

Transportation is not provided but highly suggested to be arranged prior to your event.  There is parking but limited.
