Non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking your day and is part of the main rental rate.
This secures your day at a first come first serve basis.

30 days before the wedding a refundable security deposit of $950, plus the remaining rental balance and host liquor liability insurance certificate are due. The security deposit is refunded 4 weeks after the wedding. The before mentioned items will be accepted before the 30-day mark, at client's discretion.

Besides the natural beauty of the Secret Gardens...
Included with all wedding day reservations are the following:

• Hours
• Vendor Hours 11 A.M - 11:30 P.M
• Wedding Event Hours 1:00 P.M - 10:00 P.M
• 1 hour of rehearsal the Friday before your wedding day. The hour will be booked on a first come first serve basis with the venue manager.

• By the Ceremony Area:
- 120 seated guest area.
- Ceremony altar/deck, up to 16 standing bridal party members.
- Willow/Wisteria bridges over seasonal Johnson Gulch Creek.
-"Grooms Room" dressing room.
-"Birds Nest" tree house with 180 views of The Secret Gardens.
- Restrooms.

• By the Bar Area:
- Redwood Bar (2-stationary tables, 1 removable back bar table) 8ft.
- Large dance deck.
- Decorative water fountain.
- 1 Heat lamp with full propane tank.
- 2 Firepits with full propane tanks.
- Benches and lawn chairs & folding chairs.

• By the Reception Area:
- Covered dinning pavilion for 120 seated guests.
- "The Nook" extra deck space & shared storage room.
- "Brides Room" dressing room.
- 10 Heaters with full propane tanks.
- Small fishpond.

• By the Catering Space:
- Stationary "buffet" table, 8ft.
- Rustic stone grill.
- Refrigerator.
- 1 stove.
- 2 stainless steel tables.
(OUR STOVE IS NOT MEANT TO REPLACE COMMERCIAL GRADE EQUIPMENT COMMONLY USED BY CATERERS. CATERERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN/RENTAL EQUIPMENT. VENDORS NOT IN OUR PREFERRED LIST MUST CONTACT MANAGER DONIS AT 707.396.9432 AND A PRIOR VISIT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED FOR A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE VENUE'S OPERATIONAL NEEDS) THE VENUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CATERING OR OTHER VENDOR SERVICE FAILURES. ALL VENDORS ARE THIRD PARTY CONTRACTED BY EACH INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER. OUR STOVE IS AVAILABLE FOR USE AND IT WORKS GREAT TO HEAT UP SAUCES, WARM UP THE DINNER ROLLS & COOK FOR A FAMILY OF 6 PEOPLE.

- 4 Reserved parking spaces by the entrance gate.
- 47 Parking spaces adjacent to the main property.
- Street parking.
OUR FRONT PARKING SPACES BY THE SECRET GARDENS' ENTRANCE WILL BE PRIORATIZED FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES, SENIOR-MOST GUESTS, AND OUR COUPLES' DISCRETIONAL NEEDS (WHICH SOMETIMES CAN BE AN SPECIFIC VENDOR FOR AN OPERATIONAL REASON) ALL OTHER VENDORS ARE ASKED TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLES BY
1 P.M WHEN THE WEDDING PARTY AND GUESTS BEGIN TO ARRIVE AT THE VENUE.

- Option to choose from our Preferred Vendor List or bring your own. Any new vendor must contact the venue manager for operational details as soon as a client-vendor contract is signed.

Optional services for purchase:
​
* $350 Tables & chairs set up/breakdown, other customization requests. (Example: move wine barrels to another area, split firepits location or move both to one location).
Tables & Chairs are included with venue. The service fee is optional and payable directly to the venue manager. If this service is declined, equipment must be restored as it was found at the end of the wedding by the vendor's departure time of 11:30 p.m. Failure to comply with the venue rules, will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

** All disposable materials generated during your wedding must be removed from the property the same day to protect wildlife and the property for generations to come. Trash not previously arranged with the site manager to be disposed and left behind in the property will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Dumpsters are not available on or near the property. Manager's trash disposal rate is $150.

Have someone else do it: the nearest dumpster/landfill is Republic Services at approximately 30 miles away from the venue and they charge a minimum of $35 to dispose of bagged trash:

• Additional rehearsal hours $250/each hour. Turn it up early but no later than 10 p.m. the Friday before the wedding! You already get one free hour for wedding rehearsal. Why not extend your allowed time and bring your rehearsal dinner in and get comfy into our venue early!? This fee can be pre-arranged and pre-paid directly to the venue owners. If not previously arranged a deduction from the refundable security deposit will be utilized.

• Optional overtime hour after the wedding from 10:00 to 11:00 P.M is $500. No music, no alcohol allowed for the rest of the night. Only soft drinks can be consumed at this time. Snacks and S'mores at the fire pits are encouraged, but not included. This fee can be pre-arranged and pre-paid directly to the venue owners. If not previously arranged a deduction from the refundable security deposit will be utilized.
